Jennifer is a native of Northwest Ohio. She graduated Cum Laude from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1996. After completing her undergraduate degree, she worked for two years at a local counseling agency as a mental health social worker for chronically mentally ill patients, networking these individuals with community resources and providing supportive services to prevent in-patient hospitalizations. Daniel R. Michel is a past President of the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ), the state trial lawyers organization that advocates for the rights of consumers and injured persons. Dan also served for several years on the OAJ Board of Trustees as well as multiple officer positions; and the Board of Editors for OAJ’s bi-annual journal publication, OHIO TRIAL.
