Mr. Harms has served as a Professor of Patent Law and Trademark Law at the University of California at San Diego, and has offices in Bend, Oregon, and in Del Mar, California.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Harms owned and operated a small business with 50 employees for over 15 years. From actually starting and running a small business, he has a vast amount of practical experience in small business operation.
