As an undergraduate, he attended The Pennsylvania State University’s main campus, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. Anne K. Leete was born and raised in Coudersport, Pennsylvania. She attended college at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and obtained her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2004.
