I am an Arkansas native married to my high-school sweetheart and we have 4 wonderful, small children. I chose to focus on the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Guardianships, and Business Formation after my father passed away while I was in law school. Fortunately, because my parents had completed their estate planning, we, as a family, were able to focus on honoring my father’s memory rather than having to worry about my father’s property and his estate. This experience inspired me to be able to provide this same peace of mind to other families.

Experience Prior to joining Deason Garner, Mr. Hansen worked for several years in the behavioral health field and then transitioned to the legal industry to work with Attorney Shawn Garner in the areas of Chapter 7 Federal Bankruptcy law, contract law, and civil litigation. Kevin graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement. He went on to graduate with a Juris Doctor Degree from UALR Bowen School of Law. He is licensed with Arkansas State Courts as well as the Arkansas Eastern and Western Federal District Courts. Kevin is a member of the Wynne Rotary Club and the Cross County Chamber of Commerce.

Mary K. Walker practices primarily in the fields of agricultural law and civil litigation, including real estate and probate law. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law and is licensed in the state courts of Arkansas, Missouri and Tennessee, in four United States District Courts and in the federal Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. I am a general practice attorney handling mostly Family Law, such as Divorces, Custody, and related matters. I also practice probate including Estates, Guardianships and Adoptions. I thoroughly enjoy advocating for parents or grandparents trying to see that their children are taken care of.

I also advise clients in property matters ranging from inheritance to property interest or boundary disputes and do contracts to convey property.
