Mr. Cosgrove has a diverse litigation and trial practice. He has achieved substantial and often unexpected positive results in a variety of complex matters. Prior to his return to private practice in 2006, Mr. Cosgrove served as Missouri’s Commissioner of Securities where he supervised attorneys, investigators and auditors investigating and prosecuting violations of the state’s securities laws. He was responsible for identifying practices or industry sectors appropriate for enforcement measures and also supervised the Securities Division’s registration and audit sections. Chris uses his unique background as a JD/CPA to assist White Goss clients leverage economic development incentives such as tax abatements, TIF, and tax credits in both Missouri and Kansas. He also has significant experience challenging property tax valuations and represents clients in zoning, permitting, and other land use matters.

Brad represents plaintiffs in complex federal litigation, including in consumer and employment class and collective actions. He has represented clients in federal district courts in at least 30 states around the country as well as numerous appellate courts. Many of the cases Brad works on were referred to him by fellow lawyers. He enjoys collaborating with other attorneys and frequently co-counsels with other firms on large-scale cases.

Joshua Stevens is an attorney in the Litigation Practice Group of Greensfelder, Hemker, and Gale, P.C.
