Phillip joined Cuddigan Law in July 2012. Phillip obtained his law degree in 2012 from Creighton University and was admitted to the bar in both Nebraska and Utah. Phillip practiced his law skills while attending Creighton where he gained knowledge of bankruptcy, family law, and Social Security disability. The greatest satisfaction in my work is helping my clients get disability benefits that they so obviously deserve. I first learned about the irrational disability decision making process of the Social Security in the 1980s. My sister was born with Downs Syndrome, an intellectual disability. She worked in a sheltered workshop and earned enough to have a small Social Security payment.My family was stunned when Social Security cut off her benefits because she medically improved.
