Vincent Colianni is a graduate of Santa Clara University’s School of Law, and he began his legal career as a federal judicial law clerk for the Hon. Robert P. Aguilar of the Northern District of California. After his clerkship, Vince worked as a commercial litigator for Bingham McCutchen in San Francisco and Cooley LLP in Palo Alto, California. Vince’s practice focuses on representing individuals in personal injury, products liability, employment, and civil rights matters. He has tried over 20 cases to verdict in federal and state courts. Marina began practicing law in 2007 after graduating from Loyola University Chicago and Valparaiso University School of Law. She also taught real estate and bankruptcy law at Harper College in Palatine, IL. Leonard began working for Colianni & Leonard LLC in 2015 and, in 2016, under her former name Marina Ricci, published Bankruptcy Basics: Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 (Parker Press Inc.). She currently specializes in personal injury litigation, mass torts and employment law at Colianni & Leonard LLC in the US Virgin Islands where she lives with her husband and daughter.

Vincent A. Colianni came to the Virgin Islands in 1968 with the United States Department of Justice. He became the United States Attorney in 1969. In 1970 he became a partner in the St. Croix law firm of Isherwood and Colianni. Early in his career Mr. Colianni represented many major corporations in the Virgin Islands, including General Motors, Mitsubishi Motors, Alcoa, Shell Oil and International Harvester. Douglas Chanco is a litigation attorney who specializes in assisting crime victims in Civil Injury, Car Accident Injury, Wrongful Death, and other disputes.

Mr. Chanco manages practices in both the State of Georgia and the United States Virgin Islands. He is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, and been awarded 40 under 40 and Super Lawyer Rising Star status.

Attorney Evert grew up outside of Philly and attended Columbia University, Barnard College, and the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree. She then went on to earn her JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She interned for the ACLU in Miami and Women Against Violence in Pornography and the Media, in San Francisco, sparking her enthusiasm for aggressive advocacy for the underserved.
