Matthew Biegert graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison. After graduation, he clerked for the Hon. Thomas Cane before joining his current firm of Doar, Drill & Skow. He became a partner in 1996 and has spent his career actively fighting for the rights of his clients.

Adam Nicolet has been an attorney at Nicolet Law Office, S.C. since 2013. Adam works primarily out of the Eau Claire branch of the firm and handles personal injury, car accident, slip and fall, medical malpractice, wrongful death and bankruptcy cases. Adam has deep roots in the Eau Claire community; he was born in Eau Claire, and after becoming an attorney he moved back to the area to raise his family and provide legal services to members of his community.

Ryan received his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota in 2017. While attending law school, Ryan was involved in the school's bankruptcy clinic program, where he represented low-income individuals in bankruptcy filings and proceedings. Ryan also competed in the Maynard Pirsig Moot Court program and went on to be a student director in the program.

Prior to his career in the legal field, Michael worked in the healthcare industry and as a chiropractor and regional developer for a nationwide healthcare franchise. As a chiropractor, he owned multiple chiropractic offices in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Anne Schmiege grew up on a potato farm outside of Antigo, Wisconsin. After taking five years off between college and law school to work at an insurance company and to teach English abroad, she graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 2003, summa cum laude. Following graduation, Anne practiced law at Doar, Drill & Skow in New Richmond for nearly 14 years, becoming a partner with the firm in 2010.
