Darla E. Kaikis has taken a non-traditional path in her pursuit of representing injured workers before the Industrial Commission of Ohio.
Darla primarily represents injured workers in the northwest Ohio area, attending hearings in both the Lima and Toledo Industrial Commission offices. We have cases in many, if not all, of the counties in this region including Williams, Fulton, Paulding, Auglaize, Wood, Henry, Hardin, Defiance, Hancock, Van Wert, Putnam, Allen and Mercer.
Darla is a member of the Ohio State as well as the Columbus Bar Association. She is also a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists.

Dustin has concentrated his practice in the areas of Social Security Disability, Unemployment Compensation, Collections, Landlord/Tenant, and general civil law. He is licensed to practice throughout the state of Ohio and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Dustin’s time with the Jones Law Group has afforded him the unique opportunity to work on a variety of cases in various courts, throughout the state of Ohio and the federal court systems.

Henry A. Arnett is a 1976 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. He is also very active in the Columbus Bar Association, having served on the Judiciary Committee, the Federal Court Committee and as Chairman of the Labor Law Committee. He is General Counsel for the Ohio Association of Professional Fire Fighters and represents numerous labor organizations and individual employees in employee rights cases. Eric has extensive experience within the healthcare industry. Eric served as an executive of a managed care company where he was responsible for provider contracting, provider appeals, and provider relations. He was also Vice President for an Ohio hospital where he was responsible for physician and patient relations. Additionally, Eric was the Assistant Chief of the Bureau of Managed Care for O.D.J.F.S. where his responsibilities included designing, implementing, and regulating the statewide expansion of Medicaid Managed Care.
