I have been a practicing attorney for 24 years. Prior to obtaining my law license I worked as a paralegal and court reporter while in the Army and thereafter. My passion has always been looking out for the little guy whether it be dealing with the Bureau of Workers' Compensation or an insurance company.

I earned my Juris Doctorate in 1985 and my Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude with distinction in Economics and honors in Liberal Arts) in 1981, both from THE Ohio State University (Go Bucks!). I continued to send lots and lots of money to Ohio State as each of my 4 sons attended there (my daughter went to Otterbein) but still can never seem to get football tickets. After graduating from West Virginia State University in 1996, Stewart Justice earned a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, where he was honored with the Order of the Curia for having maintained high scholastic standing and demonstrated character, ability, and love of knowledge in legal scholarship. He clerked for the Chief Justice of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, interned with the Ohio Supreme Court's Disciplinary Counsel and the Ohio Attorney General's Civil Rights section.

I am a 3rd generation attorney at the Knisley family firm. I joined the firm in 2015 after receiving my Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School.
