Irene is also admitted to the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio; the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio; the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania; and the U.S. Tax Court.

Bobbie Marsh was born and raised in Canton, Ohio. She attended Malone College where she received a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
