As 1992 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, I have almost 30 years experience in helping people throughout Western Pennsylvania. I help those hurt at work or in accidents and those hurting from the loss of loved ones where Estate Probate is necessary. I provide individualized preparation of Wills, Power of Attorney and Healthcare Power of Attorney documents.

I also serve my community and beyond as a Rotary member and in other organizations.

Attorney Benjamin F. Goodwin, Esquire was born, raised, and educated in Southwestern Pennsylvania. For nearly a decade, Attorney Goodwin has strived to practice law with the same virtues that Southwestern Pennsylvania and its people have come to embody- integrity, tenacity, and above all things hard work. I was born in Erie, PA, and obtained my undergraduate degree at Case Western Reserve University. In 1994, I graduated from Duquesne University School of Law and have since lived in Pittsburgh, representing injured people in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia alike.

My practice has focused primarily on Worker's Compensation issues. I have been the chair of the Worker's Compensation section for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and am a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, regularly practicing in various courtrooms in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
