Ryan Montgomery is a 1997 graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech and communications. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore in 2000 and attended Georgetown University School of Law as a visiting student in 2000. Stephen Yacobi graduated from Wofford College with honors and received his juris doctor from the University of South Carolina, School of Law. He was admitted as a member of the South Carolina Bar in 1980. He is a fellow of the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys and has been since 1993.
