I have tried injury cases in courtrooms throughout the United States under the Jones Act, General Maritime Law and seaman’s wage claim law, as well as general personal injury cases. For the first 12 years of my legal career, I represented injured railroad workers from various parts of the country. From 2015 until 2019, I worked with or was associated with the law firm that handled various types of personal injury cases including work injury cases, car crashes, premises liability and slip and fall cases.
