A founding member of Carlisle & Byers, PLLC, Chris's core emphasis is representing clients in worker’s compensation matters throughout Eastern Washington. Although worker's comp is Chris's primary focus, he also works with personal injury.

Before becoming an intern and associate at Stiley & Cikutovich, Chris earned a bachelors degree in political science from Seattle University and his Juris Doctorate degree at Gonzaga. Kennet M. Phillipson attended the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2006. While there, in addition to his legal studies, he served as an associate editor of a nationally-recognized law journal.

Upon graduation, Kennet returned to Seattle and entered private practice, dedicated to defending the rights of the criminally accused. Matthew Bopp grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to law school, Matthew worked for Bank of America in Fraud Detection and AML Compliance. He completed degrees in Organizational Management and Leadership at Rio Salado College and Colorado State University – Global Campus. Matthew’s passion for the law eventually led him to Spokane where he attended Gonzaga University’s School of Law.?
