Kennet M. Phillipson attended the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2006. While there, in addition to his legal studies, he served as an associate editor of a nationally-recognized law journal.

Matthew Bopp grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to law school, Matthew worked for Bank of America in Fraud Detection and AML Compliance. He completed degrees in Organizational Management and Leadership at Rio Salado College and Colorado State University – Global Campus.
