Ms. Day has been practicing law for 22 years in northeastern Wyoming. She began her career as an attorney for the Child Support Authority. Since that time she has handled thousands of divorce, child custody, child support and other family law matters. She is a certified family law mediator.

Rick Erb is a 1974 graduate from Tongue River High School in Dayton, Wyoming. After graduation, he went to work as a coal miner in a few of the coal mines around Gillette, Wyoming. During that time, he operated the mining equipment, was a certified welder, a blaster, and finally became a production supervisor. While working full-time as a coal miner, he obtained his bachelor’s degree through Eckerd College, a private liberal arts college based in St. Petersburg, Florida, graduating with honors in 1989.

C. John Cotton is a native of Sheridan, Wyoming. He earned his undergraduate degree from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana in 1978, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming in 1983. From 1983 to 1987, C. John Cotton served as a law clerk, first in the State District Court, later in the Federal Court for the District of Wyoming.
