I am an Oklahoma lawyer that specializes in civil litigation and personalized estate planning. My firm is focused on providing representation and legal advice to clients in a way that is both professional and human. I strive to make sure that I meet both the legal needs of my clients as well as educational needs. I make sure my clients know what they are signing and make every effort to meet with them and explain the process in a way that a normal person can understand. I graduated with honors from the University Arkansas at Fayetteville as a Criminal Justice major. I then attended law school in little rock. While there, I clerked for criminal defense attorney for two years before taking the bar.
I studied criminal law long before attending law school. I am well versed in criminal defense law.

Evelyn Brooks grew up in Little Rock and is a native Arkansan. Her mother Elizabeth Brooks was one of the early women lawyers to practice in Arkansas graduating from law school in 1963. Evelyn attended Hendrix College and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where she graduated with her law degree.

Evelyn has been practicing law devoted to the areas of workers' compensation and Social Security disability since 1987.
