Jeff was born and raised in Garland, TX and has been around the world twenty times without losing his Texas roots. At age 22, he joined the Army and was stationed at Ft. Stewart, GA where he served as a combat medic in the 3rd Infantry Division. Later, he obtained his first law degree from the University of South Africa and bought a house with his beautiful wife Nicole. Today, he lives on Mercer Island with his family. Sal practices in state and federal courts throughout the state of Washington and has litigated most of the Western states as well. One focus of Sal’s practice is medical negligence, wrongful death, and serious injury cases. I have been practicing law since 1996, primarily representing homeowners and commercial building owners with construction defect claims, property insurance claims, and other real estate-related claims. I also serve as local and national counsel for a variety of companies that supply construction materials or services.

In 2015, after a three-year legal battle, I settled the largest mass action lawsuit in Washington history on behalf of the owners of nearly 1,000 homes.
