For over 30 years, I've represented people charged in state and federal court with misdemeanors, felonies and even tickets. I also help families when a loved one has been injured by the fault or negligence of others.

My name is Samuel C. Arp II. I am a disabled Indiana State Police Officer. In 2006, I was injured when a drunk driver struck my patrol car. Ultimately, my career ended and I decided to pursue a career in Law. Upon graduating from Law School, I clerked for a family law firm in Jeffersonville Indiana. I left there to take a position with the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor's office where I functioned as a Felony Trial Deputy over the South Western Indiana Joint Drug Task Force. Having represented thousands of clients in the southern Indiana since 2002, I take pride in providing a high level of legal knowledge and ability to my diverse area of clientele. My experience includes making oral argument before the Indiana Supreme Court and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. My practices focuses on legal work in several areas of law primarily south of Indianapolis and in Washington and surrounding counties.
