Geoff is a commercial litigator who focuses his practice on business disputes. He is an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants at trial and on appeal in courts across the country in high-stakes and business-critical commercial matters. Geoff’s business litigation practice has a particular emphasis on claims against commercial banks brought by customers, third parties and regulators.

My practice focuses on civil litigation but I also provide counsel to clients involved in business and real estate transactions, aviation matters, employment matters, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and risk management. I have significant experience in the defense of insurers in both coverage and bad faith matters and have defended insureds in a myriad of general liability, product liability, professional liability, construction, environmental, and toxic tort cases.

Mr. Bruno is a registered patent attorney with a wide range of experience in matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including drafting and prosecution of patents, conducting Examiner interviews and filing appeals with the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences.
