After growing up in Oregon, I moved to the East Coast where I attended the University of Virginia and graduated with a major in Political Science and a double minor in Latin American Studies and Spanish Language. I am married to Lori Dawn (Irick) Earl since Dec 1991. We have 5 children, 4 girls and 1 son. I have been a practicing attorney here in Moses Lake, Grant County since July 1992.
