My name is Frank P. Pipitone and I am a Bankruptcy Lawyer in Bozeman, MT. I focus my practice on all issues related to consumer defense. I like to practice law holistically and value the personal relationships I am able to establish with my clients. I look at bankruptcy as financial rehabilitation and enjoy working with clients to address their financial issues and give them the tools to succeed financially post bankruptcy.

A graduate of Pepperdine Law School, Erin began her legal career 15 years ago right here in Montana. She has been Prairie County Attorney, taught at the Montana Law Enforcement Academy, and was the Montana Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor. She is one of Montana's most knowledgeable in DUI cases and has vast experience in criminal defense.

Peter graduated from Montana State University, with honors, in 2006. Upon graduation, he was commissioned in the United States Army as a Second Lieutenant and attended law school at Gonzaga University School of Law. In the fall of 2009, after passing the Montana Bar, Peter chose to enter active duty as an Infantry Officer and attended the Infantry Officer Basic Course, Airborne School and Ranger School at Fort Benning Georgia.
