I am a second-career attorney who started Adaptive Law so I could offer legal services my own way. I pursued my law degree following a nearly ten-year academic career in urban planning and community development, and now apply my problem-solving mentality to a mixed practice of estate planning, land use and elder law. Brian was raised in Pasco and graduated from Pasco High School in 1993. He attended Washington State University and graduated with a B.A. in History/Education. Brian found a great deal of satisfaction serving the community as a public school teacher at Southridge High School. He enjoyed teaching US Government, US History, advising the National Honor Society and coaching Boys Basketball. Tom Ehrlichman is a Washington land use and real estate attorney representing municipalities, tribes, churches, corporations and partnerships, landowners and neighbors. Tom was admitted to the Washington bar in 1991, earned his law degree from U.C. Berkeley Law, and received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University, with honors in History. He is a Washington native, married to Barbara Dykes Ehrlichman, has two grown children, and five grandchildren! He is a practicing musician, gardener and landscaper on five forested acres.
