My practice focuses on all aspects of business litigation and dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. I have significant experience in addressing corporate and partnership disputes, contract disputes, real estate disputes, lending disputes, and unfair competition. I also oversee the firm’s intellectual property practice, including trademark and copyright protection and infringement disputes.

After litigating hundreds of cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to homicides, I can honestly say that I love what I do. My heart lies in criminal defense work. Through hard work, I’ve earned the respect of the legal community here in Arizona. I’ve worked with hundreds of attorneys and appeared before numerous judges in city, state, and federal courts.
