Marc is widely considered one of Washington state’s most accomplished divorce and family law attorneys. In practice since 1975, he focuses his practice on divorce cases involving complex financial and/or business interests. He’s also known for treating his clients with respect and compassion. In addition to litigation, he’s an experienced mediator, arbitrator and trained in Collaborative Law, offering alternative approaches to resolving divorce cases.
Mark helps divorcing and separating clients reach agreements. Instead of trying to create a “winner” and loser, Mark works in the highly effective mediation and Collaborative divorce processes, so clients can create reality-based agreements that are consistent with their needs, values, and goals without using the courts. Mark is particularly experienced and skilled in cases involving businesses and complex property issues, including professional practices, and complex parenting (custody/visitation) matters.
