John Guin has over 25 years of experience handling matters in the construction industry, including administrative appeals, trials, arbitration, and mediation. Matters handled include payment disputes, liens, bond claims, construction defects, delay and inefficiency disputes, professional negligence in design and construction management, safety violations, contract terminations, employment and labor issues, and insurance coverage matters. John Guin also serves as a mediator and arbitrator for construction and commercial disputes.

Steven Schneider's practice includes business and commercial litigation, probates and wills, real property law and transactions, evictions, and business and personal bankruptcy cases representing debtors and creditors. Mr. Schneider is licensed to practice in Washington and Idaho state courts and in Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts.
