Before falling in love with the law, Amy was a French teacher for grades 7-12. She loved helping her students understand the complexities and the beauty of the language, and was encouraged by their success. In 2009, Amy transitioned to working for a bankruptcy attorney and right away, she knew she had found her calling. While working as a bankruptcy paralegal and raising her two young children, she attended Seattle University School of Law, and earned her degree in 2014. She opened her own firm right away, eager to serve clients and guide them through the rocky waters of bankruptcy....

Born in Connecticut. Graduated high school in 1977 from LaLumiere School, LaPorte, Indiana. Married to Chiara Duggan (nee: Rossi) 1986. Four children. Founded Duggan Law Office Co, LPA in 1996. Fulton County Assistant Prosecutor from 1993 to 1995 in Wauseon, Ohio.

Misty Wood has lived in Northwest Ohio for most of her life. She graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2015.

The law is her passion, and she practices primarily in the field of bankruptcy. This focus on bankruptcy allows her to help clients get their financial lives in order and relieve their stress.
