I have been in practice since 1984 and exclusively represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings. Though licensed in Ohio and Illinois, I practice only in Michigan. My focus is providing clients whether debtors or select creditors a level of comfort and confidence that they are taking control.

How does someone choose the "right attorney"? I believe that the client must feel comfortable with the attorney, along with having confidence in the attorney's abilities in dealing with the issues at hand.
