My practice is in representation of creditors in bankruptcy courts (Eastern and Western District of Missouri) and debt collections in all of the counties of Missouri. I do estate planning for small business owners.

Todd Griffee has been in law practice since 1984. He practices in the areas of bankruptcy, business law, Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate and small business issues as well as Criminal Law and Personal Injury. He is past President of the St. Joseph Bar Association and member of National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He has also worked as a Senior Attorney for the Resolution Trust Corporation and Staff attorney for the FDIC in the early 1990's before leaving to go into private practice.

A former Assistant Attorney General and appellate law clerk, Mr. Ribaudo founded The Ribaudo Law Firm in 2008. Mr. Ribaudo, who has worked on appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Missouri Supreme Court, and the Missouri Court of Appeals (W.D., S.D., and E.D.), is licensed in Missouri. Wendell limits his practice to consumer bankruptcy and debt-related issues. He has previously represented bankruptcy trustees and creditors in large and small cases. He recently served for two-years on a national commission to recommend reforms to consumer bankruptcy law. He currently focuses on representing consumers trying to take back control of their financial lives. He is married to Rebecca and they have a rescue dog named Romeo.
