I attended West Virginia State College in 1997 on a baseball scholarship. Later, I transferred to Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) where I received a B.A. in Political Science and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2001. Prior to attending law school, I continued my education in History and Political Science at The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. In 2007, I received my Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Brian joined Forizs & Dogali in 2009. He has focused his litigation practice on commercial, construction , personal injury, ADA discrimination, civil rights, insurance coverage and criminal law. Prior to joining Forizs & Dogali, Brian worked as an associate attorney at a local law firm, concentrating on insurance defense.
