Mark Nelson is a third generation Florida lawyer. He was born in St. Petersburg Florida and moved to Bradenton Florida in 1987. He represents individuals, small businesses and large businesses primarily in civil litigation matters. In addition to being a licensed Florida lawyer, Mark Nelson is a Florida Supreme court certified circuit court mediator.

I am a native Floridian and spent most of my life in Pinellas County, Florida. Following graduation from Tarpon Springs High School, I received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of South Florida. After working in accounting for several years, I decided that my true passion was in the legal profession and proceeded down the path to become an attorney.
