Christine L. Bartlett joined Ferguson Law in 2011. A lifelong Bloomington resident, Christine attended Indiana University for undergrad, where she majored in Art History and Sociology. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University Mauer School of Law. While attending law school, she served as a Managing Editor on the Federal Communications Law Journal. Christine has served on the Monroe County Apartment Association Board since 2013 and is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association.

David Ferguson joined the firm in 1981. His practice areas include General Civil Litigation; Insurance Law -- defense and coverage issues; Real Estate -- commercial transactions, litigation, planning and zoning, and historic renovation; Business Litigation; School Law; and Employment Law. Chris gained vast experience in consumer law, debt and creditor resolution, landlord-tenant issues, as well as family law and civil litigation while working as an attorney in the Indianapolis area the past 15 years. Jamie E. Harrell earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2011. Born and raised in Avon, Indiana, she graduated from Indiana University majoring in Political Science.

Jamie focuses her practice primarily on civil litigation, especially in the area of family law. Spencer was born and raised in Florida, but has been a proud Indiana resident since coming to Bloomington to attend law school in 2003. Spencer represented indigent clients in the Community Legal Clinic while attending law school. After graduating from Indiana University School of Law in 2006, Spencer moved to Indianapolis and began his litigation career focusing on defending personal injury actions.
