I grew up in the Dayton area and now reside and work in Bellbrook, Ohio. I run my office from home and don't have staff in order to keep my fees low. I earned my Associate's Degree from Sinclair Community College and my Bachelor's Degree from Wright State University in Criminal Justice. While an undergraduate, I was a member of the Stop the Violence program, where I was an advocate for teens involved in domestic violence and school bullying. I was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, the nation's most prestigious academic honor society, and graduated with high honors....

Ms. Wells dedicates her practice to helping Ohio consumers. Her practice involves primarily consumer protection litigation. She helps consumers who are victimized by inaccurate credit reporting (FCRA), abusive debt collections (FDCPA), the sale of defective products or services, wrongful repossession, and other areas of civil litigation. Ms. Wells also actively pursues consumer-friendly legislation on the state and federal level. She is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Association for Justice, as well as the Consumer Law Section chairperson.
