An honors graduate of Columbia Law School, Ethan clerked for U.S. District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald in the Southern District of New York before working for many years at the New York offices of Covington & Burling. James P. Finigan is a native San Diegan. His schooling began in Solana Beach, CA, at Santa Fe Christian School. His studies continued at the University of Oregon, where he earned his B.S., double-majoring in Political Science & Philosophy.
