His first job in the computer industry began at the age of eleven, building and repairing personal computers for a local store in Santa Barbara, California. Phillip A. Quatrini is an experienced corporate transactions attorney, who formerly practiced in the Washington, DC office of Bryan Cave LLP, where he has represented public and private companies in a variety of domestic and international transactions for more than fifteen years.
