Chadd Reynolds has extensive experience advising corporate clients in business, real estate, and construction related matters. His primary practice focuses on representing subcontractors, contractors, and owners in a variety of disputes involving contract, construction defect, nonpayment, delay, and lien and bond claims. He also represents businesses in contract disputes and pursues and defends fraud, negligent misrepresentation, tortious interference, racketeering, and trademark claims on behalf of his clients. Handling full range of real estate matters including title disputes, partnership dissolutions, negotiations, land trusts, construction issues and litigation and legal malpractice as well as general business law and PI cases.

Having earned a Masters degree in Heritage Preservation, I focus my practice in historic preservation and cultural resource matters when feasible. I also practice in estate planning and administration (including both contested and non-contested cases). When possible, I try to merge the practice areas focusing on estates with a historic resource component (rare books, artwork, artifacts, historic property).
