Ken Riley was born and raised in Alexander City, Alabama. After obtaining his business degree at the University of Alabama, Mr. Riley went on to complete his legal studies at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.

Fob James III has had a varied civil plaintiffs’ practice since 1986, often representing individuals, employees, and small businesses in cases for fraud, economic oppression, and the like. Also represent debtors (consumers and small businesses) in bankruptcy courts, including lawsuits (adversary proceedings) brought within bankruptcy court against Creditors & 3rd parties (dealers), &/or pending state court suits removed for pursuit in bankruptcy court, &/or challenging discharge of certain debts or seeking declarations of dischargeability on otherwise non-dischargeable debts(i.e., student loans).

Alexandria Parrish received her Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Georgia. After graduation, she studied European Economic Integration with American University in Brussels, Belgium and worked for JP Morgan as an intern serving in the global custody department of investment banking.
