After working with several law firms from small to large, being a founding member of McClelland Jones, LLP, Aaron Lyons co-founded and currently practices with the boutique law firm of Lacey Lyons Rezanka, with offices in Melbourne and Rockledge, Florida. With 25 years of experience in complex federal and state litigation and appellate experience on a local and national basis, including within regulatory, administrative and arbitration tribunals, Aaron has a diverse range of practical practice areas emanating from Civil and Commercial Litigation, including Health Care, Employment, Products Liability, and Consumer Law.

I started practicing law in 2010. I have focused primarily on representing debtors in business and personal bankruptcy. I have also represented clients for foreclosure and debt defenses and have filed many consumer collection practice cases in state and federal court.

I sue abusive debt collectors who violate the law when it comes to attempting to collect past due debts. I also am a plaintiff's attorney for employees who have had their Title 7 rights violated. I have and will occasionally now accept defense work for those who have been sued for collection of a debt by a debt collector or original creditor of a credit card debt.

The Law Office of Thomas L. Young, P.A. focuses exclusively on representing business owners and individuals under the BP Deepwater Horizon Economic Settlement Program. I am a consumer justice trial lawyer. I only represent individuals and families that have been injured, suffered a fatality or been damaged by others. A large part of my pratice involves mass tort product liabilty claims against manufacturers of dangerous drugs or other products. Another substantial area of my law practice includes seeking justice for survivors of sexual abuse, particularly sexual abuse of children.
