Brian T. Bain, founder of The Bain Group, PLLC, was born in Binghamton, New York; however, soon found his home in North Carolina, where he has been a part of the community for over 25 years. Bob began his career representing large companies in complex civil and construction litigation at large North Carolina law firms. Bob opened a solo practice to bring big firm legal services to small and mid-sized companies and individuals. Finding the right blend of old fashioned responsive service and cutting edge technology Bob has continued to represent some of the largest companies in North Carolina but is now able to bring affordable legal services to clients large and small.

Mr. Davis is a general practitioner with concentrations in the areas of tenant representation, criminal law, traffic violations and small claims matters. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1996.

Glenn was born and raised in Rhode Island. He has traveled and lived in various places during his ten years of service in the United States Marine Corps. Glenn graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2002 with a B.S. in Accounting. He worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for two years before attending law school at George Washington University.
