I was born in Comstock Park, Michigan, but have been a resident of Indiana for 40 years. Graduate from Michigan Technical University in 1971 with Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and attained Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1978. I am a Sole Practitioner in Indiana with 37 years of civil litigation and trial work.

I am a former Federal Prosecutor, State Prosecutor, and Chief Deputy Prosecutor.
I have had extensive jury trial experience with all levels of criminal cases, from speeding to murder, both as a prosecutor and defense attorney.
I have successfully litigated civil cases regarding contracts, personal injury and products liability.
I am semi retired and limit my practice to cases that are of interest to me.

I graduated cum laude from Drake University Law School where I was Chairman of our Moot Court Team, arguing in national competition. I greatly enjoyed learning the law and was a member of, and wrote for the Drake Law Review. In my third year the University allowed me to double my academic hours and graduate a semester early, which had not before been extended to a Drake law student. Upon graduation I joined the firm of Rammelkamp Dahman et al, in Illinois, as a litigator under Robert E. Bradney, who was Chairman of the Illinois Defense Lawyers Association. Bob...
