We also obtain test accommodations for college entrance examinations (SAT, ACT, LSAT, MCAT, GMAT, GRE, etc.) and professional certification examinations (USMLE and Bar Examinations) throughout the nation. We have specialized experience in matters involving the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 and other civil rights laws. Ann Pepperman, an honors graduate of Gettysburg College and Georgetown University Law Center, first served a clerkship for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She then practiced law in Williamsport for over three decades before joining McCormick Law Firm. A partner in the firm, Ann concentrates in the areas of business and commercial transactions, real estate, land development, higher education, and employment.
