Hans has practiced law in Arizona since 1998. Hans' practice centers on guardianships, conservatorships, probate and trust administration, and estate planning. He represents family members and professional, licensed fiduciaries in these areas. He assists his clients through the often-complicated issues that arise when caring for a person with diminished capacity. He helps his clients to fulfill and honor their loved ones' final wishes in their trusts and wills.
