Janelle was born and raised in Southern California. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law with honors. During her time in law school, Janelle served as senior editor of the St. Thomas Journal of Law and Public Policy, worked as a student attorney in the Nonprofit Organizations and Elder Law clinics, and volunteered extensively with the Minnesota State Bar Foundation and Wills for Heroes. I was a late bloomer. I didn't even start on my undergraduate degree until I was 35. Perseverence pays off, however. I made it all the way through undergrad and law school and have been practicing since 1994. Much of that time was spent as a solo practitioner, but I have a colleague who is an equal owner with me. My practice is limited to estate planning (wills and trusts), probate, guardianship/conservatorships and all aspects of family law (divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, property division, etc.)

Ms. Molinaro has several years experience practicing tax law, probate/estate administration, estate planning, guardianship/ conservatorship, and HRO/OFP law. Ms. Molinaro strives to provide sensible legal representation to her clients. With litigation experience but also a common sense approach to the law, Ms. Molinaro is an effective advocate both in and out of the courtroom.
