Denis Rischard is founder and senior partner at Rischard Elder Law. A lifetime native of Oklahoma City, Denis is a life-long Catholic who was raised in far southwest Oklahoma City on a produce farm. A 1979 graduate of Mt. St. Mary Catholic High School, Denis received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in 1983 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1986. Norman attorney Cindy Allen brings a wealth of practical legal experience in family law, bankruptcy, estate planning and criminal defense to our firm. Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Allen worked as a prosecutor handling complex criminal law and family law cases in Cleveland County. She served as an Assistant District Attorney for Cleveland County and was the Managing Attorney for the Child Support Enforcement Division at the D.A.'s office.
