Steven graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science in Economics in 2008. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2011, graduating cum laude. After law school, Steven returned to Ohio and began his career working as a petroleum landman, in which he located, targeted, and acquired mineral rights, negotiated oil and gas leases, and researched and analyzed real estate title.
