Rachel Treichler has been providing legal services to clients in the Finger Lakes and Southern Tier region since 2002. She previously practiced in New York City for 20 years. She represents clients in water law, riparian rights and mineral rights matters.

I formed The Zoghlin Group in 2016, after nearly thirty years of practicing law as founding member of a general practice firm. At Bansbach Zoghlin P.C. I developed a robust practice in municipal, land use, environmental, and zoning law.
