Jacy graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. After enlisting as a paralegal in the Air National Guard, she earned her law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law. Upon earning Top Graduate of her class at Air Force Officer Training School, Jacy commissioned as a Judge Advocate (JAG) in the Air National Guard. At the Air Force Judge Advocate Staff Officer Course, she won the “Excellence in Advocacy Competition” for demonstrating the greatest skill and ability as a trial lawyer among all students. After graduating from Oxford High School, Adam Maniscalco earned both his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Alabama. He practices in the areas of elder law, estate planning, family law, and real estate. He's lived in Oxford his entire life, and attends Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.
