I, David Christopher Holcomb, am a licensed attorney practicing law in Nebraska. I have been a successful mediator in Nebraska for over 15 years. David's practice includes legal assistance to disabled or elderly persons and their families in a variety of contexts, class action litigation, and the use of social science research in the preparation of legal cases for trial. A graduate of Davidson College, David holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Tennessee. For several years he taught Psychology at the University level, and he worked in a psychiatric setting. Subsequently, he attended law school at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. David joined the firm in 1991, and is a partner.

Thomas E. (Tom) Whitmore was educated at Creighton University in Omaha. He began his career in 1969 as an associate at a prominent Omaha business law firm. In 1970, he accepted an opportunity to enter corporate practice, first with Fairmont Foods Company, then a New York Stock Exchange listed Company and later with the Foods Division of The Coca Cola Company. He resumed private law practice when he joined McGrath, North, O’Malley & Kratz, the law firm that represented ConAgra, Inc. and Valmont Industries, Inc. as well as a number of prominent Omaha business interests.
