Hello. I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I am a graduate of Thomas Edison High School (c/o 1995), UT at Austin (c/o 1999), and TTU Law (c/o 2002). I became a licensed attorney on May 5, 2003.

My practice area focuses on State and Federal Criminal Defense. I have represented clients charged with major drug-trafficking offenses, RICO violations, federal firearms offenses.

Also involved in contract negotiations and preparation. Personally handled several trials, both civil and criminal. Negotiated a collective bargaining agreement between American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO and one of the largest Head Start Programs in the United States.
